Acceptance

By downloading or using Wordmere (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

In-app purchases

• The App offers optional consumable in-app purchases (coin packs) processed by the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and are charged to your Apple ID.
• Coins are virtual items with no real-world or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Consumable purchases are generally final; refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or tamper with it. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Apple standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent it applies.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
